Leadership based on experience: continuity and expertise

Both new members of the Management Board have been with the company for around two decades and have in-depth expertise in their respective areas of responsibility. Their appointment stands for continuity, but also for the ambition to actively develop the organisation further.

Elisabeth Vag

The TUNAP GROUP expands its management team: Elisabeth Vag (46) joins the executive leadership of TUNAP GmbH & Co. KG.

Elisabeth Vag takes over the areas of Sales Operations and Human Resources. In recent years, she has successfully built up and developed central sales functions and the B2C area around the TUNAP SPORTS brand. In her new role, she will focus in particular on optimising internal structures and processes, at the same time, she will drive forward the strategy process - with the aim of promoting the company's growth and ensuring its long-term competitiveness.

Daniel Helwig

The TUNAP GROUP expands its management team: Daniel Helwig (45) joins the executive leadership of TUNAP GmbH & Co. KG.

Daniel Helwig will be responsible for overall sales across all divisions. With his holistic understanding of sales - "thinking of sales and customers as a unit" - he will further strengthen market and customer orientation and expand the international sales strategy. The aim is to make cooperation with business partners even more partnership- and solution-orientated

Future-oriented corporate development

The expansion of the management team is part of the TUNAP Group's long-term strategic orientation. While Oliver Graetsch will continue to be responsible for the areas of production, finance, IT, purchasing and logistics, Maximilian Buchner will increasingly focus on overarching corporate development in future - with a focus on research & development, global expansion, investments and acquisitions.

his clear division of roles within the management creates space for focused work and enables strategic topics to be driven forward in a targeted manner. For business customers, this means greater innovative strength, faster decision-making processes and an even stronger focus on individual requirements and industry needs.

Added value for our business partners

As an internationally active company with decades of experience in product development, TUNAP pursues the goal of offering its customers not only high-quality products, but also reliable partnerships. The new management structure supports this claim by making the organisation more agile, customer-oriented and future-proof.

Head of TUNAP GmbH & CO KG

"With the new structure, we are creating the conditions for further strengthening our competitiveness and aligning our organisation specifically to the requirements of our markets," says CEO Maximilian Buchner. "For our business partners, this means greater proximity, more innovative strength and an even stronger focus on individual requirements.
