The German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalisation (DIND) has named TUNAP an "Employer of the Future". This prestigious award is given to companies that pursue clear goals in terms of digitalisation and sustainability and offer their employees attractive working conditions.

There is great joy at TUNAP: we have been awarded the title of "Employer of the Future" by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalisation (DIND). This award is given to companies that pursue clear goals in terms of digitalisation and sustainability and offer their employees an attractive working environment.

To receive the award, companies have to go through an evaluation matrix that was developed based on input from experts from business and science. Factors such as flat hierarchies, flexible remuneration models, employee benefits and individual training and development opportunities are taken into account.

Appreciation and a good work climate for over 50 years

Since its foundation around 50 years ago, TUNAP has placed great value on a good working atmosphere, flat hierarchies, trust and appreciation. Our employees find a modern working environment with sufficient space and air-conditioned meeting rooms at our headquarters in Wolfratshausen, at the production site in Lichtenau and in our national subsidiaries.
