Our extensively equipped research and development center covers more than 500 m² and enables the continuous development of special chemical-technical solutions. In this way, we ensure that we can always offer our customers the best possible quality.

With our broad portfolio of packaging options, different batch sizes and recipes, the individualization of products is a central component of our services.

We can also easily make individual adjustments to meet your specific requirements. Our latest innovation is a can cap made from recycled plastic (PCR).

Together we define the requirements, create samples, carry out tests and make adjustments for optimization. In doing so, we carefully consider IT-related challenges as well as legal and logistical aspects.

Produktionsstandorte

Our production sites

TUNAP operates three plants with a total of 16 filling lines. The company headquarters in Wolfratshausen, near Munich, is the production site for aerosols, additives, active ingredients and concentrates with four production lines and 7.4 million units per year. The research and development department is also located here.

At the Lichtenau site in Saxony, 76 million units per year are produced on eight production lines. The focus here is on aerosols and the optimization of processing and filling methods for cost-efficient, innovative products. In Märstetten in eastern Switzerland, we produce 38 million units of aerosols and liquids per year on four production lines, including brake cleaners, rust removers and lubricants.
