TUNAP Industrie Chemie GmbH & Co. Produktions KG to Change its Name and Formally Merge with of TUNAP Cosmetics GmbH & Co. KG on 1 October 2017

TUNAP’s expertise has a new name. From 1 October 2017 on, TUNAP Industrie Chemie GmbH & Co. Produktions KG is changing its name and will be called TUNAP GmbH & Co. KG from the effective date.

In the course of a consolidation process based on corporate policy, TUNAP Cosmetics GmbH & Co. KG will also merge formally with TUNAP GmbH & Co. KG on 1 October 2017.

TUNAP GmbH & Co. KG will thus become the universal successor of TUNAP Cosmetics GmbH & Co. KG. Rights and obligations from the current contractual relationships with TUNAP Cosmetics GmbH & Co. KG will be transferred to TUNAP GmbH & Co. KG.

TUNAP Deutschland Vertriebs GmbH & Co. Betriebs KG is not affected by the changes from 1 October 2017 on and will continue to operate under its current name.
