An individually tailored offer for each customer

Everyone who buys products online knows them: Vouchers that can be redeemed in the respective online shop.

Many buyers first find out more about the product before making a purchase. If you have made the decision to make the purchase, comparison portals or search engines will help you to find the right online shop. This applies to both private individuals and business customers.

A discount code for new customers is a particularly suitable means of ordering for the first time in a still unknown online shop, as the risk of a potential bad purchase is reduced. Regular newsletters can be used to communicate special offers for existing customers. This makes it possible to create an individually tailored offer to each target group.

Discount and bonus offers now also in the TUNAP shop

Since November 2021, it has now also been possible in the TUNAP online shop to use the couponing function to implement discount and bonus offers. The following discount options are available:

  • Absolute discounts (e.g. € 10)
  • Percentage discounts (e.g. 10%)
  • Extra / free gifts (e.g. an additional item)

Basically: All actions must be communicated to the customer in a targeted manner and be as simple as possible. The more conveniently and easily coupons can be redeemed, the more they are used by customers.


Couponing on BLACK TUNDAY

With the first discount campaign on the occasion of our BLACK TUNDAY on November 26th, 2021, we were able to gain experience in the TUNAP online shop and present great offers to our B2B customers. This shows us very clearly: Couponing also works in the B2B area, true to our motto: TUNAP works.
