Digital formats for addressing customers and transferring knowledge
In times of pandemic and the associated restrictions, training, customer visits and events are only possible to a limited extent in face-to-face dialog. Online events have therefore advanced to become the medium for acquiring new customers, actively addressing existing customers and sharing knowledge on current topics. With today's established streaming and video conferencing tools, information and expertise can be conveyed interactively. The TUNAP headquarters also believes in the power of digital interaction and has therefore designed a corresponding format for the airco well® air conditioning cleaning system.

With the airco well® online event "Mission: Healthy air in the car", we would like to inform automotive customers about our airco well® products and present the associated after-sales concept.

The increased consulting competence is ideal for strengthening customer loyalty - because health is the most important good for everyone.
Edutainment: Entertaining knowledge transfer
Our entertaining online event is based on the principle of edutainment ("education" and "entertainment"). In less than an hour, we combine technical product know-how for professional air conditioning cleaning, which is underpinned by expert interviews from the areas of indoor air hygiene, respiratory diseases and allergy research.
On the other hand, we show how easy it is to implement the concept in a car dealership and what marketing support we offer our customers from TUNAP. The successful implementation of the airco well® after sales concept is also confirmed to us by existing customers in short statements.
